A complete feature building, being dismantled from the interior atrium of the Manchester Corn Exchange, consisting of and open bottom storey with glass and stainless steel balustrade, and connecting staircases to the two upper storeys. The building is being dismantled in sections with a view to being easily transported and re-erected. The structure is believed to be a steel cantilever from the three tubular supports. The central tubular support of the external spiral staircase also houses an extractor duct.

The structure formerly housed a coffee bar, the fittings for which are also for sale.

This building could be used for housing an exhibition, showroom or gallery space. At present there is no exterior roof since the structure was located inside an atrium. (Could a lightweight tent-style roof be attached?)

Anyone interested in this structure is requested to contact us soon, prior to it being recycled for steel and stainless steel scrap value.
